Failing this, they must be represented by their legal guardian, who shall provide written authorization prior to any passenger transport.<\/p>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time in accordance with changes to its services or applicable legislation. Any updated version will be published in the relevant section of the Company&#8217;s website. Any booking made after the publication of a revised version shall be governed by the updated Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Flight Operations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd is an air carrier certified by the Mauritius Department of Civil Aviation under \u00a0the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) No. 03.<\/p>\n<p>Helicopter flights are conducted under Visual Flight Rules (VFR), as prescribed by the Mauritius Civil Aviation.<\/p>\n<p>All flights remain subject to the approvals and authorizations of the relevant competent authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Flight durations are indicative only and may vary depending on weather conditions, air traffic, operational requirements, and airspace authorizations.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Minimum Passenger Requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Each helicopter is subject to a minimum passenger occupancy requirement (for example: four (4) passengers for the H120 and six (6) passengers for the H130).<\/p>\n<p>Should the minimum number of passengers not be reached, Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd reserves the right to postpone or cancel the flight.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Prices and Tickets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prices are quoted per passenger, inclusive of VAT, and may be revised at any time. They are established on the basis of full aircraft occupancy.<\/p>\n<p>If the number of passengers booked on a flight is insufficient and\/or weather conditions are unfavourable, the Company reserves the right to transfer passengers to another scheduled flight or to cancel the flight.<\/p>\n<p>In such cases, passengers may either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be rebooked on another available departure time, in which case the new booking becomes final; or<\/li>\n<li>receive a refund corresponding solely to the amount paid for the ticket, without entitlement to any additional compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Children under two (2) years of age travel free of charge, provided they have not yet reached their second birthday on the date of travel and valid proof of age is presented.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except where the Company decides otherwise following flight cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or any other operational reason.<\/p>\n<p>Gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable unless otherwise decided by the Company.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Flight Schedules<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd provides flight schedules for information purposes only and reserves the right to modify them after informing the Customer in advance. Accordingly, published flight schedules are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Operating Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd operates daily from sunrise to sunset, subject to prevailing weather conditions and pilot flight and duty time limitations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bookings may be made through our website, at our Triolet base, or by email.<\/p>\n<p>The following information is required to complete a booking:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full name of each passenger;<\/li>\n<li>Body weight (\u00b12 kg), gender and date of birth of each passenger;<\/li>\n<li>A valid telephone number and email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Payment may be made either via a secure Payment Link sent to the Customer or in cash at our Triolet base.<\/p>\n<p>Full payment must be received prior to the scheduled flight in order to confirm the booking. Until payment has been received in full, the reservation shall be considered provisional and is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cancellation by the Company<\/p>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd reserves the right to cancel any flight due to adverse weather conditions, technical reasons, operational requirements or any event of force majeure.<\/p>\n<p>Should a flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues or unforeseen restrictions imposed by the competent authorities, passengers may choose either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket; or<\/li>\n<li>to reschedule their flight for a later date, subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No additional compensation shall be payable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.1 Passenger Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following cancellation policy applies to cancellations made by passengers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A full refund (100%) will be granted for cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time.<\/li>\n<li>A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted for cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time.<\/li>\n<li>No refund will be granted for cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled departure time or in the event of a passenger&#8217;s failure to travel (&#8220;no-show&#8221;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9. Delays<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passengers are requested to report to reception at least forty-five (45) minutes before the scheduled departure time.<\/p>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd cannot be held responsible for passengers arriving late.<\/p>\n<p>In such circumstances, the Company reserves the right to operate the flight as scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled departure time will be considered as a &#8220;no-show&#8221;, and a cancellation fee equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the ticket price will apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Weather Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Weather conditions are assessed by the pilot approximately fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled departure on the day of the flight.<\/p>\n<p>As weather conditions in Mauritius may change rapidly, the pilot has sole discretion to determine whether the flight can be operated safely.<\/p>\n<p>In the interest of flight safety, the pilot retains full authority and responsibility to maintain, postpone or cancel any flight whenever weather conditions are deemed unsuitable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Passenger Seating<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with aviation regulations relating to aircraft weight and balance limitations, passengers&#8217; weights will be recorded prior to boarding.<\/p>\n<p>Seat allocation is determined exclusively by the Company based on each passenger&#8217;s weight and the aircraft&#8217;s weight and balance requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers are not permitted to choose their seats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Photography and Filming<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passengers may take photographs or videos for personal use during the flight, provided that such activities do not interfere with flight safety or the Company&#8217;s operations.<\/p>\n<p>Should any photographs, videos or other recordings be considered detrimental to the Company&#8217;s interests, Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and to require the immediate removal of such content.<\/p>\n<p>Any commercial use, publication or distribution of photographs or videos taken during the flight is strictly prohibited without the Company&#8217;s prior written consent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. Helicopter Transfer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Baggage<\/p>\n<p>All aircraft are subject to strict passenger and baggage weight limitations.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to confirming a flight, the Company may record the weight and dimensions of all baggage in order to ensure compliance with aircraft operational limitations.<\/p>\n<p>Flight confirmations are issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for informing Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd of any subsequent changes.<\/p>\n<p>The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking if the applicable weight limitations are exceeded or if baggage cannot be carried safely within the aircraft baggage compartment.<\/p>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd provides the dimensions and specifications of the baggage compartments for each aircraft upon request.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers are reminded that certain items are classified as Dangerous Goods under the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) regulations or are otherwise restricted or prohibited. Passengers must notify the Company as soon as possible if they intend to travel with such items.<\/p>\n<p>Where security inspections are carried out by the Police, Customs authorities or Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd personnel, passengers remain fully responsible for their baggage, even where it is transported separately.<\/p>\n<p>The carriage of baggage belonging to a person who is not travelling on the same flight is prohibited, except where members of the same family group are travelling on separate flights solely for operational weight and balance reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Should a passenger refuse a baggage inspection or if there is reason to believe that prohibited or restricted items are concealed within the baggage, such baggage will not be accepted for carriage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with applicable legislation relating to transport services, tickets purchased online are not subject to any statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to transport, accommodation, catering or leisure services provided on a specified date or during a specified period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15. Insurance and Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd maintains all insurance policies and civil liability coverage required for its activities as a commercial air carrier.<\/p>\n<p>Passenger liability coverage is provided in accordance with limits comparable to those established under the Warsaw Convention governing international air transport.<\/p>\n<p>Personal belongings carried by passengers are not covered by the Company&#8217;s insurance policies.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers are responsible for obtaining any additional personal insurance they consider necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, computer viruses, service interruptions or other technical malfunctions beyond its control.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>15.1 Medical Fitness, Anxiety and Emergency Assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passengers declare that they are medically fit to participate in the flight and that they are in possession of their full physical and mental capacities.<\/p>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd shall not be held liable for any unforeseen physiological or psychological reactions experienced by passengers, including, without limitation, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, motion sickness, vertigo, or any other discomfort related to stress or exposure to altitude.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with helicopter operations, including the possible effects of altitude, open spaces and flight conditions on their personal physical or psychological condition.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency Assistance<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a medical emergency not attributable to any fault or negligence on the part of Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd, the Company undertakes to use its best efforts to alert the appropriate emergency services and implement applicable emergency procedures.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Company shall not be held liable for the response times or actions of third-party emergency services, including ambulance services, fire and rescue services, police authorities or private medical providers.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li><strong> Boarding Conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>No person shall be permitted to board a helicopter without presenting a valid flight ticket.<\/p>\n<p>As a certified commercial air carrier, Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd operates in accordance with the applicable international conventions governing the carriage of passengers by air, including the Warsaw Convention, where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers must inform the Company, at the time of booking, of any circumstance requiring special assistance or particular attention, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Infants;<\/li>\n<li>Persons with reduced mobility;<\/li>\n<li>Passengers with disabilities;<\/li>\n<li>Pregnant women;<\/li>\n<li>Any other medical condition or special requirement that may affect the safe operation of the flight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Throughout the flight experience, passengers undertake to comply with all safety instructions issued by Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd and to follow the directions of the pilot at all times.<\/p>\n<p>The Pilot-in-Command has absolute authority regarding the safe operation of the aircraft and may refuse boarding to, or disembark, any passenger or baggage that may compromise the safety, security or proper conduct of the flight.<\/p>\n<p>Smoking, eating and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited during helicopter flights.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li><strong> Record Keeping and Evidence<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd shall retain booking confirmations, invoices and related documents on a reliable and durable medium constituting a true and accurate copy of the original records.<\/p>\n<p>Unless the Customer provides evidence of a manifest error, the electronic records maintained by Corail H\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Ltd shall constitute valid proof of all communications, bookings, payments and transactions conducted between the parties.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"18\">\n<li><strong> Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the parties shall endeavour to resolve the matter amicably.<\/p>\n<p>Should an amicable settlement not be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Mauritius.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Notice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The information presented on this
